I would like to remind my friend from Chicago that all infrastructure jobs are temporary. Based on that argument, we shouldn't build roads, bridges, highways, or pipelines. All infrastructure jobs--construction jobs--are temporary. Second, I would like to remind my colleague that he voted against the appropriations bill to fund Homeland Security.
