The administration and the FAA have refused for months to provide us with a plan to work with the airline industry in order to figure out how this could be implemented without all of this pain to the traveling public and to our economy. I'd like to remind my colleagues that this industry provides $1 trillion to our economy, so it's extremely important to the hardworking men and women of America that our airlines and our folks are getting where they need to be on time and without delay. This is very, very damaging to the economy.
