But one of the tactics that he deployed in the committee was try to mislabel the education tax credit as a voucher. The reality is, this is very, very different than a voucher proposal. It shares really nothing, nothing in common, except it has to deal with education. But the finance mechanism of this is nothing like a voucher at all. We have seen voucher proposals.”
