I think the block grant proposal is really sort of transformative in that way because it would allow for all of the uses of those programs.

I think that there is almost unanimity around this notion that more students need to have the opportunity to both earn and learn.

I totally agree with you that student debt and student loans are of grave concern.

There are way too many families that don't have that choice and we continue to consign them in too many cases to schools that do not work for them.
