Senator Cardin, I thank you for your leadership in championing the Global Magnitsky Act.

To be true to our founding principles we need to support those people trying to defend human rights, those rights endowed to us by our Creator.

if Putin is so mad about this, probably there will be some other dictators that would not like it as well
