We should measure the success of a program not on the number of people we add to it, but the number of people we get off of it.

Those are the kinds of holistic things that have to be done if we are ever going to get out of these chronic situations that really shouldn't be going on in this country, as far as I am concerned.

Homelessness is a problem that, I think, we have the ability to obliterate in our lifetime.

I think it is obviously very important if we want to be able to have things that are sustained across the Administration that help the American people.
