We should measure the success of a program not on the number of people we add to it, but the number of people we get off of it.

We need a Supreme Court where we have the best candidates who understand the Constitution and are not trying to legislate from the bench. This is America. You know, people, many people fought in cave their lives to bring equality. And now…

This is really sort of a giant experiment. Do we want to put our children at risk? Why would we do a thing like? It makes no sense whatsoever.

Those are the kinds of things that are perverse incentives that have kept people mired in poverty. We want to change those things.
