I certainly endorse this proposal. I hope it will be passed. It is long overdue. It has been a long time, 1971, this money has been sitting here. I thank the chairman and the gentleman from Michigan for all their hard work in moving this legislation forward. It is a good, fair settlement. The Native Americans are entitled to this money and I certainly strongly support this legislation, and I thank the Members for assisting us in getting to this stage here today.
