There was no interest in spying on American citizens. There was an interest in collecting communications, using an algorithm to understand what kind of communication and if there was a better way to protect America.
He deserves the benefit of the doubt. He should have the people around him that he wants and he should be held accountable for it.
I believe that he is a criminal. I believe that he violated his oath of office. He violated his security clearances. And he should be held accountable for that.
