He deserves the benefit of the doubt. He should have the people around him that he wants and he should be held accountable for it.

Look, I'm not a birther. I thought the President should have done this an awful long time ago.

There was no interest in spying on American citizens. There was an interest in collecting communications, using an algorithm to understand what kind of communication and if there was a better way to protect America.
