I would like to assure the Senator from New Hampshire that my intention is to put this $40 million in to those services that we know are making the lives of our seniors healthier and more independent. Indeed, at the same time this amendment seeks to bring more resources into effective services for the elderly, it also reduces funding from administrative accounts. I share the Senator's interest in both getting needed services to our seniors and in reducing overhead costs.
