My goal is to help build a CARICOM that is more united, more inclusive, more resilient, and more prepared for the future.

Because integration that our people cannot feel will not last.

The Caribbean is strongest when we work together, speak with purpose, and respect the voices and contributions of every Member State.

Many citizens are asking an important question: how can CARICOM make a greater difference in our everyday lives?

The situation is that these countries have decided that they are going to be anti-immigrant.

I have no control over Irish internal policy.

CARICOM must deliver results that our people can see and feel in their everyday lives.

The task before us now is renewal.

The Caribbean people have always been resilient. Our history tells a story of endurance, of societies that emerged from colonialism, overcame economic vulnerability, and built independent nations guided by hope, determination and unity.

Stronger enforcement and personal responsibility are also needed to solve the problem.

What kind of society are we heading to?

The law will have to be enforced in that thing.

There’s a very strange phenomenon happening now: people dump wherever there is open space.

The question is… why don’t you hear them manifested? I can’t answer that question.

I can tell you we have some of the most severe penalties, like life imprisonment. I don’t think many people know that.
