on Thursday, July 28, 2005 I was unavoidably detained and missed the House of Representative's vote on the adoption of the Conference Report on H.R. 2361, Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2006. Had I been present I would have voted ``yea'' on H.R. 2361.
