L’avanzamento registrato nei primi sei mesi dell’anno è stato tutto merito dei cantieri, non dell’automatismo del Superbonus: parliamo di qualcosa come dieci miliardi di opere. La differenza è importante perché significa che la macchina del Pnrr va avanti senza la spinta artificiale dei bonus. Di eventuali proroghe ne parleremo se e quando saranno necessarie».
