Well, it's very clear what Prime Minister Netanyahu wants. He wants a ceasefire and a hostage return, but not a permanent ceasefire, so he can complete the war, in his view, and achieve total victory.

Wars are fought for political ends and Netanyahu has never defined the political end of any military victory that he wants out of this war. So he can't win.

Israel knows what you're doing and Israel knows where you're doing it. Israel will never let a regime that calls for our destruction to develop nuclear weapons, not now, not in ten years, not ever.

We will make our own decisions.

We've got to stand united against Iran.

Distrust of Netanyahu's ability to rule has deepened and broadened across the public from its already high levels before the war. And we expect large protests demanding his resignation and new elections.

I have a red line. You know what the red line is? That October 7 doesn't happen again, never happens again.

I think that any civilian casualty is a tragedy. And I don't say that halfheartedly.

I have set three war goals. The first is to release the hostages. The second is to destroy Hamas. And the third is to ensure that Gaza does not pose a threat to Israel in the future.

I think that the U.S. agrees with us on the goal of destroying Hamas… and on the goal of releasing the hostages.

Total victory is our goal, and total victory is within reach, not months away, weeks away, once we begin the operation.

I want it, because we want to liberate the remaining hostages.

If we have a deal, it'll be delayed somewhat. But it'll happen. If we don't have a deal, we'll do it anyway.

I have to come back and say that, in terms of the – the way this battle is fought, there is no parallel to the difficulty that we face.

If you want peace, you shouldn't go that route. Peace will be achieved through direct negotiations between the parties down the line.

This war has been forced upon us by a cynical enemy that not only targets our civilians, has raped, beheaded, burnt babies alive, killed children in front of their parents and parents in front of their children.

Victory is within reach. And you can't have victory until you eliminate Hamas.
