It is time for the law to change, and this would be a significant move towards compassion and ensuring barriers to women accessing healthcare are removed.

Without that we are going to continue with the nightmare that we are seeing on our streets, and just to remind ourselves people have been badly injured and worse.

It's intent is very straightforward, it simply places a responsibility on Government now to move towards the production of a Green Paper that would set out all of the dynamics and dimensions of the reunification journey.

This matter cannot be allowed to drift through further administrative delay.
