I met survivors two weeks ago. I couldn't avoid the fact that in the report there is a finding that there was a dereliction of duty by An Garda Síochána in 1987.
It's not there for the benefit of people who aren't citizens of Ireland and the UK.
But my changes are designed to ensure that the system within the District Court is speeded up.
There's great cooperation between the Gardaí and the northern authorities, and I believe that there's going to be greater operational cooperation and greater enforcement in terms of ensuring that the Common Travel Area is protected.
