The new passport combines some of the world's most advanced security technology with a design that proudly reflects who we are as a nation, our heritage, creativity and natural beauty.

These are large illegal tankers from Russia that are quite literally traversing our waters. Not only are they selling oil that is funding and feeding the war in Ukraine, but they are also an environmental hazard.

This is absolutely essential, it's in our program for government, so there's absolutely no ambiguity as to what was agreed when all three parties, both Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil and our Independents came together to form this Government.

What I've also been advocating for... is that a further proposal from the Commission would be put on the table that would specifically ban trade in the illegal occupied territories.

The decision arose from legal advice and a desire to ensure that the legislation is robust.

This bill would target individuals

The Occupied Territories Bill will contribute positively to upholding international law.

Through our presidency [of the EU], we will work with both countries to make sure that [negotiating] clusters can be opened as quickly as possible, and that we support those countries with the reforms that need to take place.

The most important thing here is that we get all of the facts, and we are, as a Government, absolutely determined to get all of the facts, and to make sure that we do not play any part in material that can be used as a weapon by Russia.
