I urge the Congress to give early and favorable consideration to all of these proposals.

Wilderness preservation insures that a central facet of our Nation can still be realized, not just remembered.

Let us turn outward to view the complex picture of international trade.

We must believe—and I certainly do—that this policy can only lead to conflict.
