This summer’s extreme heat has once again demonstrated that climate change is already becoming a factor with a direct impact on the economy, water and energy security, public health and quality of life.

Bringing the economy out of the 'shadow' should not be done through inspections, but by explaining to entrepreneurs how to operate properly and helping them do so.

In other words, in New Uzbekistan, not a single young man or woman will remain without a profession.

The next ten years will be a period of national revival for us. And we can achieve this only through the intellect, hard work and unity of our people.
