I thank my friend from Texas. I am a little bit confused since it is my and Senator Toomey's amendment, working with Senator Kirk and Senator Schumer. We excluded all private transactions. We did not ever even go close to a private transaction. Ours is only at gun shows, gun stores, and Internet sales, which is controlled now.
