I have not had that in West Virginia at all. If anything, they said: Please, err on the side of caution. Keep me and my children safe. That is what they are saying. We are not taking any people's rights. But we have to have a process where if that person, basically, over a period of time has shown that they haven't really engaged and haven't been involved, then they can come back. I think we have all said: That makes sense to us; we can do that. I think Senator Feinstein has a 5-year provision in there for that which is very reasonable. I can't go back home this weekend and explain to the people in West Virginia why we haven't moved forward on this. There could be another Orlando in, God forbid, one of our States.
