It's broken. It needs to be fixed.

The greatest thing a person can have in life is the respect and dignity of a job, to take care of yourself and support your family.

When you like both people and both sides, you can sit down with both sides, you can agree to disagree, you can try to find compromise and make things happen.

I'm not endorsing here. Never. I think that's basically something that could destroy our country and my country is more important to me than any one person or any one person's ideology.
