according to the governor of West Virginia, Joe Manchin, he said that he had spoken to Don Blankenship, who is the CEO of Massey Energy, which is the company that own these mines, and they say -- they're claiming that mine was equipped with rescue chambers which was put in place after the Sago incident, put in place back in 2006, and that those chambers have supplies with first-aid kits, oxygen tanks, and the like.
