It might be a self-ingratiating way to where it will help you down the road, but you still can't backfill for that. Now, for any COVID expenses you have, absolutely, you can fill that hole. Show that you have had COVID expenses. If you were to say, ``OK. We filled all of our holes for COVID, and now we have water, sewer, and internet''--and trust me, there is not a place in Indiana or in West Virginia that doesn't need help there.…”
