It is a very interesting situation because we have a compromise. It has very broad support. Nobody has come to speak against it. There is a temptation to call for the yeas and nays; we are ready to vote. We could have voted on this already. We voted in the Finance Committee. If we voted on the floor, this is something I think would pass well and easily. It is incredibly important to the States.
