Instead, as I just noted, we fully expect VA to contract with other conveniently located and high quality facilities to provide delivery services, such as DOD facilities and medical school affiliates. Mr. President, under health care reform, VA will rely very heavily on contract agreements with other providers in their service area to provide services in closer proximity to the veteran and for services for which they do not have the expertise, such as pediatrics. This will be an opportunity for VA to further enhance these key relationships.
