The head of National Intelligence has made it very clear and has issued a public statement that he supports our bill. He says: I reviewed the proposal that the House of Representatives is expected to vote on this afternoon to modify the Foreign Intelligence. The House proposal is unacceptable, and I strongly oppose it. I urge Members of the Senate to support.
