That is stunning. It has not been reauthorized, CHIP. It is still out there, floating.

If confirmed, I pledge to consider all relevant facts and public comments in the docket.

Without congressional action, I say again, CHIP will run out of funding next fall, placing at risk the well-being of hundreds of thousands of children and pregnant women.
