I am of the belief that the ACA is probably the most complex piece of legislation ever passed by the U.S. Congress.

I get a lot of answers like that, that we are looking at it, when I thought something had been done.

If it is not done right the first time, it will simply get worse.

We need smart, strong leadership. We need the Federal budget office to be good.
