I also want to express DISH's concerns about the proposed AT&T/DIRECTV merger.

The FCC and the Justice Department should block both the Comcast-Time Warner Cable and the AT&T-DIRECTV mergers.

It has to be approved before it can be given by the Office of Management and Budget.

This gives the Commission the clearest path to enacting strong and open Internet rules.
