If I can answer the Senator's question, it is not any steelworker. It isn't anybody in chapter 7 or chapter 11. It is only to those who are vested, which by itself is a 15-year requirement. They get nothing that TAA, if it were to pass, would get in the way of, say, 2 years of health care. They don't get any cash. They don't get any transition. They don't get any retraining. All they get is 12 months of bridge health care, period, once.
