I am particularly proud to be cosponsoring, with Senator Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas, and others, improvements to the child tax credit. I think it is one of the most valuable provisions. I thank Senator Leahy for attempting to address my concerns about this bill. I thank his committee staff for working with my committee staff to insert clarifying report language.
It's my understanding that only the NFL can promulgate uniform rules and policies to address domestic violence.
I incorrectly stated that the League has in place a policy requiring clubs to report to law enforcement.
