I will say very briefly that I am stunned by the speech from the Senator from Oklahoma. What he is basically saying--and I don't know whether he has ever been on the Intelligence Committee, but some of us have and have watched and studied interrogation and detention at Guantanamo, and a lot of other things for a very long time, and watched what happened under the Bush administration, and I choose not to get into that right now.
