I just want to respond to the previous speaker, who compared two sons of Illinois, the chairman of the committee, Mr. Rostenkowski, and Milton Friedman. The difference I would point out is that Chairman Rostenkowski makes things work. He actually has to work with budgets, not just pontificate about them, not just write about them, and not urge supply-side economics, which has partly gotten us into the situation we are in today. I think there is a great deal of difference between the two, and I will come down with Chairman Rostenkowski every time.
