I am still waiting for an answer to my question, which is: Why is it that the Speaker has a 4-term limitation, committee chairs have 3 terms? If there is an abuse or possible abuse of power with 3 terms for committee chairs, certainly the Speaker, with the power that the Speaker's chair has, whoever the Speaker might be of whatever party, we ought to limit that in the same nature as well.
