if I may say to the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Hefley) and the gentleman from Utah (Mr. Hansen), I never thought of either of you friends of overarching and overreaching government, so I am quite confident and I am pleased you are moving in that direction. But I think this is a situation that I would hope that, on both sides of the aisle, you would be looking at in your deliberations.
