I refer him to a 1997 study of the public grant program conducted by Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology that yielded the following results: for every million dollars of Federal funding from EDA's public grant program, 327 jobs are created, $10 million in the private sector is leveraged, increasing the tax base by $10 million. So I would refer the gentleman to that study.
