Reclaiming my time because I only have 2 minutes, I need a little more efficient answer. Does the gentleman think that the FBI's counterterrorism program can stand a $50 million cut from what we have appropriated and recommend in this bill?

My point is that we hope that the Commerce Department will focus just as aggressively on unfair imports as we are in trying to break the barriers, unfair barriers that exist to our exports.
