Well, reclaiming my time, the Clean Coal Technology Program, one of its real strengths is the conservation of the use of energy to generate electricity. As a matter of fact, the Clean Coal Technology Program has increased efficiency, as I said in my comments, while it reduces emissions. It is good for the environment, it is good for the economy, it is an environmentally good program while it affects efficiencies.

To the extent that the authority that is vested with the power to implement policy in the country pursuant to constitutional principals is true to constitutional principals, then we are a better Nation.
