I share his concerns on this matter. I would agree that EPA's apparent decoupling of the section 126 petitions from the NOx SIP Call is causing major confusion to industry and State regulators alike, particularly in my State of West Virginia. I join him in his strong encouragement that EPA work with all parties involved in this situation to find a fair resolution, and I look forward to working with him and the chairman and EPA and the industries in this regard.
