likewise, I echo the sentiments of the chairman. The gentleman, who rightly has a very serious concern about the situation in his congressional district, has I think approached it in the appropriate way. The time frame in which he requested he gets a response from the Bureau of Prisons I think is appropriate, it is expeditious, and I think he is moving in a very smart way. So I support the amendment.
