I would suggest that he had these strong views about EDA before he came to the job. I just remember that. The gentleman mentioned the Tennessee Valley Authority and the Department of Agriculture as agencies one could go to who had duplicate programs with EDA. I would ask the gentleman, what were the other agencies?
