I respond to the gentleman from Michigan by saying the White House has agreed to a special prosecutor, yes, but they were dragged in kicking and screaming, and, as far as the House not having hearings, why every newspaper in the country carried Speaker Foley's comments that we are not going to have hearings on this issue in the House. So, it is a matter of public record.
