What I felt was necessary was for the body to hear the other side of the story here so that individuals know that this is a very, very, very important concern for the people of southeastern Wisconsin. I wanted to make sure that the people in this Chamber realize how important this is, at least for this Member and I think for the two Senators from the State of Wisconsin as well as the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Kleczka).
