The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Petri) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 4926, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to designate a segment of Interstate Route 35 in the State of Minnesota as the `James L. Oberstar Memorial Highway'.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
