While most normal businesses would raise their prices in the face of rising costs, unfortunately these providers are in the unique position of only having one customer--the Medicaid program.

We have all these options for drilling on Federal property, ways that we can use our domestic resources to keep from sending money overseas and bring our fuel costs down.

I have always felt that simple, universal, income-based repayment has the potential to accomplish the goals of the various protections we have created.
