I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle C of title XXVIII, insert the following: SEC. 2824. DEFINITION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCE FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ENERGY SECURITY. Section 2924(7)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: ``and direct solar renewable energy''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 661, the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Petri) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Wisconsin.
