“I look at it as an investment. The children are our future. If we don't invest in our children's health, if we don't invest in their education, this Nation has no future. So we must make important decisions based on our values. We must invest in our children. In Wisconsin, 95,000 children and 110,000 adults are covered by SCHIP. We could enroll an additional 37,800 children with the authorization with a President who will sign a bill instead of vetoing a bill. I believe we need a President who will work with us in a bipartisan way, a real uniter so we can take that step forward and build a healthier Nation for all of us in these United States.
