One of the reasons that they have a lack of confidence, not just in the economy but in their government, is our inability to catch all the crooks that caused this economic mess.

I would encourage you to do that. I think that producers should take advantage of every possibility to not just hedge their commodity, but also to make certain that they have proper insurance.

This legislative body cannot legislate morality. It hasn't worked with regard to AIG or the financial markets.
